Beginning Yoga

Learn the secrets of yoga breathing, fun ways to build core strength, basic yoga positions and relaxation techniques.

Ball Yoga

If you like toys, you'll love the big balls. They are fun way to build core strength and learn basic yoga techniques. The balls can be used at all levels of yoga from beginner to advanced.

Chair Yoga

A 15-30 minute yoga class for times when mobility is limited or when you are dressed for the office and want a brief time out during a meeting or conference.

Partner Yoga

Bring a partner or pair up at class. Learn how to do double yoga poses and partner-assisted stretches. Breathing exercises and relaxation are part of this class too.

Flow Yoga

Learn how to link yoga poses together for a more active practice. Challenge yourself with more advanced breathing and yoga poses, including back-bending and inversions. As always the class will conclude with relaxation.
